TruthDeck is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered startup intelligence, verification scoring, and investor due diligence tools. Subscriptions are billed digitally and grant access to platform features for the duration of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation: (a) your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period; (b) you will not be charged for future billing cycles; (c) no partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period beyond the 7-day window described in Section 4. To cancel, email truthdeck.hq@gmail.com with subject line "Cancel Subscription" along with your registered email address. We will process the cancellation within 24 hours and send a confirmation.
A full refund is available if: (a) you request it within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase of a plan; (b) you have not previously received a refund for the same plan type. Renewal charges are eligible for refund within 48 hours of the renewal date if requested before the renewal benefits have been substantially used. After the applicable window, refunds are at TruthDeck's sole discretion.
The following are non-refundable: (a) one-time verification report purchases once the report has been successfully generated and delivered; (b) subscription fees after the 7-day window has elapsed; (c) renewal charges after 48 hours of the renewal date.
Email truthdeck.hq@gmail.com with: (a) your full name; (b) registered email address on TruthDeck; (c) payment/order reference number (from your payment confirmation email); (d) date of purchase; (e) reason for refund (optional but helpful). We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 working days.
Refunds for INR payments processed via Cashfree Payments will be credited to the original payment instrument — bank account, UPI ID, credit card, or debit card — within 5–7 working days from the date of approval, subject to Cashfree's processing timeline and your bank's settlement schedule. TruthDeck bears no responsibility for delays caused by the payment processor or banking system.
Refunds for international USD payments processed via Stripe will be credited to the original card within 5–10 business days, depending on your card-issuing bank. TruthDeck bears no responsibility for delays caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
If you have a billing concern, contact us at truthdeck.hq@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will make every effort to resolve billing disputes promptly. Filing a fraudulent chargeback while continuing to use the Service constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in permanent account suspension.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and RBI guidelines on digital payment refunds. Disputes arising from this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
